Removing the Blocks

Maori Bodywork is a form of bodywork comparable to deep tissue and is effective in removing physical, emotional, and spiritual blocks in the body. I have been fortunate to have had the opportunity to work alongside the Maori Healers of Aotearoa/ New Zealand, Atarangi Muru, Charlotte Mildon, Manu Korewha, and Terence Muru. I have trained for the last several years in their Traditional Maori Healing Arts of Mirimiri and Romiromi.

Mirimiri - a context of healing that is perceptive in it’s delivery, intuitive in it’s knowing, and powerful when it permeates the body.

Romiromi - deep tissue bodywork is required to activate and work the muscles, connective tissue, and bones. The work is deep and performed over clothing.
